| The International Communication
Foundation (ICF) was inaugurated in
April 1982 as a non-profit foundation
under the Ministry of Culture and Public
Information (predecessor to the Ministry
of Culture and Tourism). The International
Communication Foundation contributes
to globalization through promotion of
international exchange while supporting
research and publication activities
that introduce the Korean culture to
the world and encouraging Koreans to
improve their ability to communicate
internationally in English. |
